Our first cruise came with a lot of expectations, some of which were met and others not. The ship was lovely, clean and had a lot of things to do. The drink package was excellent and the bartenders were friendly, but often understaffed so it took a while to get drinks at times. The waiters in the main dining room were also lovely, but overwhelmed and understaffed, especially the drink waiters. Drinks took forever. There was a loud banging noise several evenings outside our room that took two days to resolve. Our housekeeper was awesome, and our room was very good. Dinner food was average. The cheese plate was disappointing, basically sandwich cheese.

Service: friendly, but slow. Not enough people

Guests: so many rude people on the ship, very aggravating.
