10-23rd July 2017 Madiera Canaries Lisbon round trip Southampton

Ship was looking good I thought if slightly tired bit in no way was that an issue. Good cruise it has been 5 years since I was last on P&O and I thought that certain things had improved, such as three always available menu items including a Steak. Our travelling companions thought that the desserts had reduced in number since last year, but Im not a dessert person anyway. Sindhu absolutely fantastic food and service, they ask you if you want it hotter than the 'norm' we just had standard spiced and it was fine and tasty, wanted to go back but ran out of time! The ship I thought was better than the Emerald Princess last year, it was helped by the lack of riotous 8-14 year old though this year as they hadnt finished school yet!, except for a few Scots who were well behaved! Hahahahaha. Would go again! The ports of call not too spectacular but what is there to see on volcanic islands, enjoyed Maderia and Lisbon particularly when we did our own thing.
