We chose this cruise for it's small size, luxury and staff ratio to passenger. It was nice, but older, worn furniture, drapes, etc. We had a butler who was awesome, the dining was lovely, service excellent, food was good(while we could still taste it). Shore excursions were ok, somewhat pricey. We didn't enjoy them much because we got sick day 2 of the cruise and haven't stopped coughing or blowing our noses or sweating and having chills and body aches since......we have been home a week now, and still no change. Everyone in our party got sick. It is disappointing to spend over 5K+ per passenger (more money than we've ever spent on a cruise to celebrate a special anniversary) on a luxury cruise (just to sail, not including excursions) - and not get to enjoy it because of influenza that seems to be prevalent in Alaska on cruise ships this time of year. There was no warning, no enforcement of hand sanitizing, nothing. We are very disappointed. Buyer beware. I wish I could have a "do over" We missed 3/4 of the cruise due to illness.
Service was excellent, cabin was a bit worn, but balcony was nice. Bed comfy, nice sheets
