We spent a week in Amsterdam prior to boarding the Vision for our 12-night Baltic cruise. Adjusted to the time, acclimated to the environment and ready for fun our family of 6 were not disappointed. Sure the Vision isn't the newest, faster, shiniest that RCL has to offer, but she's intimate with an amazing crew and the captain was FUN and involved. Our stops were all very interesting and we were able to see and do many things! Biking on our own in Skagen, Medieval dining in Tallin, amazing Alla Tour in St. Petersburg. The ships shows were almost all outstanding - with pianist Brooks Aaron a highlight. Our meals were memorable and the dining staff kind and attentive. Vision of the Seas is set for a refurbishment in 2018 but we liked her size, public areas, and activities. She did not disappoint! We would do this itinerary all over again.
Family Ocean View was decent sized and comfortable for the 4 of us.
We used an outside tour company - Alla Tours - was an exceptional price and the tour was amazing!
City bus to the town, then walked all over - Super gorgeous and fun!
Again not enough time in this city! But managed quick visits to the Vasa and Abba Museums and then a trip to old town looking for souvenirs and chocolate.
HOHO bus and a canal tour on our own this day. Super weather and fun...but not enough time!
