First thing in the room the bed for the third person was like deck chair with blanket on it - very hard and uncomfortable. The king size bed was two beds pushed together and coming apart. The sink in the bathroom backed up and was very disgusting. However the cabin stewards Arlene and Zya were very nice. With their attitude these ladies should be in the Service Centre replacing the ladies tin the Sevice Centre who were very uncouth and unfriendly and not helpful at all especially on 26th July between in the am.

The food lines were very long and lacking in variety. Sensation Restaurant had long lines. This was the only restaurant we were assigned to. Otherwise slum at the Lido Deck for food.

Entertainment was lacking, comedy not funny, shows did not cut it and music too loud. Everything was designed to see how much money can be gotten from you for the services offered like photograph and shops.The best part of the cruise were the island stops and the tours.
