We took the 5 day cruise to Bermuda with our family of 11. Everyone really had a good time, both on and off the ship in Bermuda. We spoiled our grandkids first taking them on Disney Cruises, but now that they were older (9-18) they really liked this cruise and can't wait to sail on Royal Caribbean again. The ship was clean, service was great, and the food and entertainment were good.
We traveled with our kids and grandkids who all gave it a thumbs up. They went to Horseshoe Bay and loved it. They didn't want to leave. They also did the bonfire on the beach and had a great time.
My husband and I have taken the 7 day cruise to Bermuda which gives you a little more time to explore the island. If you have 7 days I recommend it over 5.
The cabins are adequate as you are not in them a lot. Our beds were split (2 twins) which actually made the cabin seem much bigger. It was quiet and comfortable.
There is one issue I'd like to mention that really annoyed the adults in my family.....that was the CONTINUOUS UPSELLING for dinners at the speciality restaurants, special brunches, and drink packages. It was in your face almost everywhere! I know this is what makes the most money for RC, but they need to STOP. We have taken 10 cruises now on RC and this was the first time it was like this...I hope it was the last. Thanks for "listening"!
