We chose this trip for the land portion visiting Denali. Having cruised the inside passage twice, we decided it was time to see a bit of the main land. While our tour guide was excellent and the sights and activities were fabulous, the lodgings Celebrity arranged were less than optimal. Somehow, we expected the same caliber as on the ship...disappointment.

We have sailed, twice before, on the Infinity. Since the Millenium is her sister, we were pleased to find that they have the same quality and vibe. Yes, she is old but the refurb done 14 months ago has spruced her up to a comfortable, well loved atmosphere. The service staff as well as the management team appear to care about both the guests as well as the ship. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and courteous. Our cabin attendant, Edwin, as well as our MDR staff, Rafael, Cristobal and Lawrence were top notch when it came to service. We have never chosen to eat in a Specialty Restaurant as the MDR consistently provides excellent food and service. The menu choices are diverse and appealing. Lunch in the MDR is a real treat. Unfortunately, the Oceanview Cafe is NOT on par with the Reflection. Poor design, few choices, minimal tables available (all probably due to the size of the space).

Eddy and Valentina, the cruise director and manager, have great eyes and ears for entertainment. Every theatre production was terrific. And having live music for both the theatre and throughout the ship is truely spectacular.
