This was my first time cruise and I have to say I was extremely disappointed with Norwegian. I went on this trip with my sister and my best friend. They have both been on Carnival and Norwegian. They said they have never experienced anything like this on Carnival. On the first night there we were suppose to leave the Miami port at 5pm to get to Cuba at 8am the next morning. The cruise ship had mechanical issues and mechanical experts had to be called to fix the ship. We did not leave the port until after 1am. The next day we come to find out that the trip to the Bahamas had been cut out entirely. I booked this cruise mainly because it was going to Cuba AND the BAHAMAS. I booked a snorkeling excursion for the Bahamas. When we went to customer service to try and find out what was going on and if we were being reimbursed we were dismissed by the customer service manager. When we did get to Cuba our excursion was rushed we didn't get the full tour due to the lack of time we had. I was furious that I paid 89 dollars for a last minute rushed tour. The food was mediocre it was nothing to rave about. I was not impressed by the food selection. The coffee was watered down. The room we had had a pull out bed if that's what you want to call it. It was the most uncomfortable things I have ever sat on. When we had them remove the bed the bed had MOLD on the bottom. The rug under it had the only odor. We had to have housekeeping clean the carpet every day. That's how bad the smell was. My sister is asthmatic and had to use her rescue inhaler multiple times through out the night.

So after all of these problems Norwegian decides to reimburse our cabin 100 for all of our inconvenience. I feel this was a slap in the face. Obviously Norwegian doesn't value there customers. Save yourself the trouble and book with Carnival!!!!!! They value there customers.
