Something new and different; great food and service, met wonderful people, enjoyed terrific entertainment, interesting ports of call - not glamorous but a good reflection of life along the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers. The best part is the pace ... it's what we wanted. The "Hop on, Hop off" excursion option offers flexibility in start and finish time ... we went and returned when we wanted. On board there was plenty to do with no pressure to do anything other than enjoy the trip. Every performance we went to was well done ... all the entertainers were professional and personable.

The accommodations are among the best ...; the bathrooms are much better than on the Ocean Cruise liners we've previously experienced; and the rooms are larger and appointed much nicer. The beds are outstanding, comfortable with exceptional lighting for reading. exceptional.

The staff is friendly, competent, and accommodating. Everyone went out of their way to ensure all our needs were met.

Cabin Review

Cabin C

Plenty of room, more than on comparable berths on ocean cruises. Clean, exceptionally well serviced and maintained. Well appointed with nice furnishings. Bathroom is also larger than on the ocean vessels we've experienced. Great lighting. Individual room outside veranda seating is ideal for sightseeing and reading. Room climate control is responsive and accommodating to all guests. Service by the room attendant was exceptional.
