This is the second river cruise we gave done with Emerald Waterways. Everything was perfect. The admin before the cruise was very good. The ship is very well appointed and very comfortable. The food and drink were excellent. The excursions were very well organised and of high quality using Emeralds own coaches and drivers. The Cruise director and guides spoke perfect English ( but also had other languages) and were very knowledgeable. The daily schedule options were well prepared and explained. All of the staff worked as a very friendly and cohesive team, their enthusiasm and professionalism could not be faulted. There was limited entertainment but that was fine. There is a very relaxed atmosphere on board with smart casual attire for evening meals. Breakfast and lunch are buffet with brilliant range of food on offer. Evening meals are silver service except on the barbecue night.

Value for money was excellent.
