Hi the bedrooms are so cramped ! my ankles where hanging over the edge ! you couldn't pass each other in the bedroom ! There was a smell on deck 8 near the lifts ! not good!

The entertainment in the bar was terrible! could not hear them. and if you did they sounded awful ! lots of complaining !! they are the ones who bring people into the bar aren't they!

Most of staff could speak English properly! and they where directing us ! Other staff said they have had this trouble before !!! Shuttle in Palmer 15 euros walk across road bus AERO is 2 euros, Shuttle to train for Florence 9.15 am arrived at station 9.10 am had to wait an hour for next train , !! had trouble in main restaurants, the food service is so slow must have been 15 mins waiting for food !
