It was offering a 5 day cruise that included Havana, Cuba and we wanted to see the city. Royal Caribbean offers cruises to Havana from our home city, Tampa. My sister wanted to see Havana since she had not been there since before the revolution and so we took her as an early 90th birthday event.

The ship is the smallest in the Royal Caribbean fleet ( I believe about 1400 capacity) and therefore did not offer water slides and some other "extras" offered on the larger ships. On the positive side, it made the cruise more intimate and we actually met many other guests while on board.

The crew was spectacular. Friendly, enthusiastic service in all areas. Housekeeping and the dining experience was especially "over the top"

Cabin Review

Cabin cabin with view

Cabin was a little small(shower especially)and seemed a little dated but everything was clean and well maintained. Liked having only one row of cabins in each corridor. Staff was VERY efficient
