MSC Divina Cruise Review by Les B
- Sail Date: June 2017
- Destination: Caribbean
- Cabin Type: Fantastica Balcony Stateroom
My wife and I have been on 30 cruises and we wanted to try a different Cruise Line. The Divina squeezed a thousand more people on the ship hat another ship of comparable size has on it. There was never a time when you can find a seat in the buffet area easily. All the public areas except for the fantastic theater were smaller than expected I guess that was to accommodate more staterooms. The crew on the ship however were fantastic they would do anything and go out of their way to help you. We only found one decent place on the ship to get hot good crispy food and that was in the sports bar we didn't find that out until two or three days into the cruise. They try and nickel-and-dime you for everything you get there was even an extra charge for room service past a certain hour of the day wow. All in all we would never cruise MSC again
Les B’s Full Rating Summary
The cabin seems smaller than on other ships we were on and there was no couch the door to the balcony was impossible to use because of the suction created. There was also no stall shower there was a tub with a shower head very inconvenient.
