My husband and I sailed on Carnival Imagination from Miami to Cozumel, MX on a 5day/4nt cruise. We have cruised before on RCCL and Costa Cruise lines. We were reluctant to try Carnival because we were under the impression it was low class and basically catered to the wild college crowd. WE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG!!!

This cruise was terrific in every way. Everything was top notch - the rooms, food, entertainment, and staff.

ROOM: We had a standard ocean view cabin on the Riviera Deck approx mid-ship. It was lovely. Plenty of room to maneuver, adequate storage space for clothes, larger than expected bathroom. Everything about the cabin seemed updated, modern, and fresh. Our room steward was the best! He quickly assessed our needs and we never had to ask for anything twice. It was almost like magic - whenever we left the room we never saw him but when we came back (whether it was just an hour or two) our room had been "freshened" with new towels, the bed straightened, fresh ice, etc. The attention to service and detail was fantastic.
