overcharging, hair in food, cabin under a storage room = no sleep

Previously had a terrific cruise on Ms Oosterdam from Australia to New Zealand and found the service, the food and the cabin wonderful. Two years later that has changed.
Initially it was the cabin, on Deck 1 with a window to the outside.. Unfortunately it seems it was positioned under a restaurant storage room and every night, just as you want to go to sleep, heavy objects were dumped onto the floor above our heads for the next 1.30 hrs.
Then a problem with food in the Lido restaurant, finding a long black hair in my food.
Cabin Review
Large Ocean-View Stateroom
Couldn't sleep due to the noisy dumping of objects onto the floor above our heads every night. Seemed to be coming from the restaurant above.
Finding a long black hair in my food didn't help.
But then at the last minute, 7am the morning of disembarkation with no chance to question and fix the bill, being charged for alcohol to the room which we never had.
Writing to Holland America on return about the overcharge and being ignored.
