Loved that we were able to cruise out of Manhattan and did not have to fly to the cruise port. Leaving out of NYC on a beautiful summer afternoon with the skyline in the background and passing by Lady Liberty was an awesome experience. We really enjoyed the send off party on the top deck - really fun! I had a mobility scooter and all of the crew and all of the other passengers were extremely helpful. Embarkstion and disembarkation were a breeze and my handicap accessible balcony suite was perfect. We saw Rock of Ages and Burn the Floor which was fantastic. We also totally loved Charlie Love and the Silky Smooth Band in Fat Cats Jazz Club. The drinks were flowing since we had the beverage package and we had great service from all of the servers and bartenders. Went to the buffet once for breakfast and it was a compete zoo so we never went to the buffet again. We ate at Taste, Savor, LaCucina, Moderno, LeBistro, Cagneys Steakhouse, and The Manhattan Room. Our best meals were at LeBistro and Cagneys and food at other restaurants was average - not bad, but nothing special.

Went to Horseshoe Bay Beach which was gorgeous, but absolutely packed! Family members also enjoyed golf, snorkeling, and sightseeing excursions and all were fantastic.

We avoided the pool deck altogether as it is way too small for the number of people on the ship. We spent some time at Spice H2O (Also very crowded) and a lot of time in the Thermal suite at the spa which was wonderful and totally worth the price to relax away from the crowds and enjoy some serenity in the warm, relaxing therapy pool. I had a massage at the spa which was average, but after the massage there was a lot of pressure to purchase another massage, accupunture, and products. I get a lot of massages so I know the deal, but this was very heavy handed pressure, especially pushing the accupuncture. I would probably cruise again on a smaller ship - this one just had too many people on it. I also think the food could be better for the price we paid. Overall, everyone we dealt with was professional and pleasant and the entertainment was excellent.
