I think that was our cabin and cabin number... I have forgotten.. 
We had a lovely balcony except that our neighbors were smokers and we could not utilize the balcony with their smoke smell blowing on our balcony.

My son was humiliated in front of everyone when they weighed him, announced his weight saying to all the people on the line and anyone within hearing range, that the FAT BOY couldn't go on the zip line.

My son and his girlfriend went on this excursion and  had a wonderful time.  It was given to them as a courtesy due to the humiliation he encountered in Labadee for the zip line

It seemed that for several weeks the excursion did not have access to the beach or the beach activities we were told were available such as stand up paddle boarding, and kayaking.  The Dolphin swim ( about 40 minutes) was wonderful.  The people there were rude and condescending.  We addressed this with the cruise line excursion desk but no one got back to us.  I following up with a phone call, an email and a  written letter upon our return.

No one did but I followed up with an email, phone call and written letter upon our return home.When we complained on the ship upon our return, an employee named Susan at the excursion kiosk said someone would be in touch with us.
