We chose this trip because the ship left from Baltimore - easy to get to port and no airport needed. The ship needs an update. Our cabin had several mechanical issues. The food and service was great but there were so many upcharges in the dining room and other areas of the ship. The adults only pool was small and the chairs were all taken by 9:15 on sea days. I never remember a ship before where they put $13.50 per person per day gratuity on the bill and then put envelopes in the cabin for tips to people who provided exceptional service. The itinerary was limited - Bermuda and Nassau and Coco Quay. The 2 days in Bermuda - a beautiful stop - was not 2 days. Getting there after 2pm one day and leaving early after noon the following day gave us no time to enjoy and explore. Nassau was overrated and dirty, I would have skipped it altogether. Coco was ok. Limited shade and expensive beach activities and umbrellas. The upside was the staff. The waiters, food service people and room steward were excellent. Getting in and out of Baltimore was great as was the check in and departure process.

Disappointing
