I chose Royal Caribbean because I have cruised before and love the service, ship and food. The entertainment is wonderful. The staff is exceptionally friendly. I just may take a cruise solo next time because it is hard to find people to go and would feel very comfortable doing this on Royal Caribbean.

The first ship I went on was Bigger than this one. It was actually the smallest ship of Royal Caribbean but I loved it. The cabins are small but I am only in the room to sleep and change clothes for there is so many nice lounging places to be on the ship. I also found the bed comfy. We always had hot water to shower and the room was clean. One day I put valuables in my safe and came back it was open. I had not closed it properly and not one thing was missing.

I also ate in the dining alone one evening because my son was tired and my server made sure, without me asking to pack up a dinner to take to him.

Cabin Review

Cabin interior

I felt the cabin was clean and the bed was comfy. We always had hot water for showering. Our room attendant was friendly. One day after an excursion I came back to the room to find I had not closed my safe properly and not surprised but nothing was missing. I like the creative towel creatures left on our bed in the evenings/

Port Reviews

Havana

We did not take an excursion and ventured out on our wons which was fabulous. I felt safe and the people were very friendly. We speak Spanish but many spoke good English. If I were to do it again I would have liked two days in Cuba and I might have taken an excursion had I more time there. Surprisingly the Cigars are quite expensive so do not promise to bring back any unless you are willing to spend 100 dls on a box or 6-10 individually. Everything else was very reasonable. I also had run out of money and had no idea we could have gone back on the ship and come back off. I thought once we left that was it. We had an amazing time. We also had a mojito and a daquiri and never got sick from the ice.
