The accommodation was very comfortable, the lounge, dining room or the top deck were well appointed, we have never had better waiters than the one we had, the food was good, although the dinners were of average standard, The wines were plentiful and were of good quality and great variety. The shore excursions were well organized, with remote address system we had time to look, be informed and take photos or videos. The local entertainer was very good, bit too fancy presentation of the different tunes. The gypsies were fabulous. The tour director was friendly, helpful, informative and made the cruise ever so enjoyable. The evening information session was well attended and were most enjoyable. The optional excursions, with the exception of the Viennese concert, were a waste of money and time. The highlight of the tour was a night cruise in Budapest. Driving around Budapest also was the highlight of the tour. There was a gym, but it was too small, with good, but few equipment and seemed to be occupied most of the mornings before the shore excursions. The company of the fellow travelers was excellent. We Aussies got on very well with the Canadians and exchanged e-mail addresses for future contact. All in all we highly recommend this tour as not only safe, also very interesting and esthetically impressive.
Modern, well appointed. Plenty of space for clothes and living. Bathrobes and slippers provided. The provision of soap was better than those gels. Air conditioning was easily adjustable and we could overcome its use by leaving the window partially open while travelling. Plenty of hot water and the ventilation in the bathroom was unbelievably effective. The bed was as comfortable as ours at home and large. The cleaning was excellent. The room was quiet, well lit at night. All in all it was great.
