This is our 3rd Thomson cruise. Second time on the dream. 2 adults and a 16 year old and 20 year old. We had a great time. Food lovely. Drinks package was included as booked a year in advance. This was great. Processco was included in package. Cabin crew Mathias was a lovely man. So happy and cheerful. He looked after us great. All staff worked so hard and are so cheerful. Entertainment great. Not as much though as last dream cruise but enjoyed everything. Managed to get sun loungers every day. Even day at sea we didn't get up till 9 am and thought that we wouldn't loungers but we did with no problems. Met some lovely people.

There were some moaners and rude passengers who spoke to staff rudely . The cruise was full of families and the atmosphere was happy. It's a Thomson cruise so why are they not on the posh cruises they seem to talk about ?? . Never waited longer than 5 minutes for anything.
