Our main requirement was the dates, which Emerald were able to offer us.
The places we visited were very interesting but sometimes we were given too much information to take in. We would have liked more time to explore on our own. The lady who took us to Heidelburg castle was very verbose and overwhelmed us with information. The best guide was the one in Strasburg.
We thought the en-suit bathroom was very cramped and we were directly under the gangplank which was very noisy.

Bed very comfortable, bathroom too small. Too much noise from gangplank above us.
We liked way the towels were presented as swans etc. They made us smile and the chocolate on the pillow was a nice touch. Wi Fi connection was very poor most of the time and the TV had very few programmes to watch.
