This was our 1st river cruise and we chose Scenic because of their "reputation". This having been said,since they are all inclusive, so was the lofty cost.

During the 1st week, for 4 days in a row, everyone in the Crystal dining room waived away flies at all 3 meals. You would think that after 1 day this would be remedied by the crew who witnessed this. However,only after I talked to the restaurant manager on the 5th day, did it improve.

The public rooms (dining and lounge) were never cool during the entire trip. The weather was only very hot 1 day out of 14. Read more
