We chose this cruise as it was my 60th Birthday and my family wanted to do something together. It was a short cruise and we wanted to see Bermuda. Other than the Disney Cruise I don't cruise. I usually do all inclusive's in Caribbean or travel Europe. The amount of time on-line filling out all the information required, booking dinner reservations around theater times is absurd. The departure port in Bayonne NJ went fairly smoothly until you got on board. Impossible with all those people to get an elevator anywhere. Basically until after 1:00 AM always like that. Walked a LOT of stairs. Stateroom very nice, and states person very good, nice, and helpful. Ship very clean, and shows were excellent. Food just okay. We were a group of 13 and prior to departure called service desk to help book dinners and try to get 13 people at two tables near each other. Went immediately upon entering the ship to work on this with Matre D, but they had lost ALL of our dinner reservations. It took trips to 2 different restaurants but they finally accommodated us. Drink packages ridiculously priced, and they cancelled one of our packages the night before we departed. Spent 40 minutes with Staff on board trying to fix the issue. Calling RCCL was told nothing they could do need to fix on board. Internet ridiculously priced, Casino, changed a lot of rules to even make it more in the houses favor. That's just what I want to do fix your mistakes during my vacation. Was being up sold the entire trip. Drinks in glass for purchase, never stopped selling your NEXT cruise, specialty drinks all cost $$. 5000 people on one ship is WAY TOO many! Getting off the ship as you can imagine took 2-1/2 hours. They tried to make it organized, but heard you into a room and close down the food and drinks at 9:00 AM. I could go on and on but will never cruise again. Bottom line, Captured audience so they can do anything they want,
