We had sailed on Liberty last year and thought the family would greatly enjoy the amenities and activities on the ship. Ship is easy to learn layout. Promenade cabin was a little larger and very comfortable. Dining room and Windjammer (buffet) were both excellent -- lots of healthy choices in vegetables, etc. as well as good variety in entrees and DESSERTS! There was always something different as well as lots of the same favorite items each day. The teens and young adults loved the activities -- pool, water slides, rock climbing, karaoke, etc. Everyone on crew was very friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely interested in making the cruise a memorable one. The Dolphin Swim at Cozumel was great! Also the rest of Chankanaab Park is worthy of a visit. The Glass Bottom Boat at Roatan gave us older folks a chance to see what our scuba-diving family members were seeing without getting wet or sandy! And the tour of the island driving to the GlassBottom Boat was perfect for us to get a feel for life on both sides of the island. Barefoot Beach at Costa Maya was a great private beach with unlimited food and drinks, lounge chairs, kayaks, great service. Our youngest member was 11 and loved everything! She did the FloRider, rocki climbing wall, water slides, ice rink, Kids' Club, etc. The teens were planning our next cruise by mid-week -- in 3 years when 4 of them will be graduating from high school and college! It was a wonderful time for family members of various ages to spend time together with no stress or demands other than to just have fun and get better acquainted since our 15 members of the group are from 4 different cities.
The Promenade Stateroom has a little more space with the window seat and settee. It was very comfortable. The bathroom cabinet space is good. Closet hanging space was also very good. Cabin lighting was good. We didn't use the TV much -- didn't have time!
