I took my daughters on this cruise out of San Juan to explore the city and destinations in hope shore excursions would be fun entertaining and educational. On arrival the ship had a disgusting nauseating sewer smell everywhere that lasted the entire cruise. Our grand suite was overpriced, small, the bathroom was tiny and leaked the entire cruise, and smelled bad even after it was cleaned. I ate in the dining room twice and the food was overcooked and tasteless. Service was slow. Buffet food worse than school cafeteria. I ate lettuce and under ripe tomatoes and cantaloupe. Lost 4 pounds during the cruise. Only one buffet line was open and lines extended out of the area outside. Cabins weren't cleaned. Dishes weren't removed. Internet and Carnival Hub didn't work and my daily complaints were dismissed by the IT guys. Boring entertainment. Shore excursions were just a van ride down bumpy roads with only a few photo ops. I slipped in gravel, and learned when I got to home that I tore my right hamstring and dislocated my hip. The ships Nurse never examined me but said if you can stand you're fine. Skip this cruise on this ship. There are better ones out there.
