Southampton- The embarkation process was very good with lots of counters. We were very disappointed as we are Elite members to find there were no refreshments provided and no separate lounge. We had to buy some tea and coffee at the little cafe stand.

The carparking was a joke the way it was organised - we got there early like a few other people to be put into the short term car park to await our call to board the ship and bring our cars into the terminal. It was also very sad to see some bad mannered people trying to jump the car park queues.

Gym- The Gym was superbly clean but the equipment needs urgent replacement because (a) most of the machines are poor quality to begin with and need servicing as they are doing more harm than good; and (b) not enough equipment at peak times.
