This was a Great Cruise we met some great people and some great crew. Let me start by saying I'm not a fan of big ships normally but crossing the ocean the first time I wanted a BIG SHIP. The NCL Getaway is a BIG SHIP.
This was my first trip across the ocean and we loved it yes I am a cruiser of 11 cruises now. I was worried about embarking on a trip this long. the free Drink package was a great deal and to encourage better service I did tip the bartenders extra each day now and then.
Embarkation was seamless. The next day my wife's nebulizer broke such timing luckily we could use the medical centers at a cost (good thing we got the travelers insurance)

Functional balcony, maybe a little low for a ocean crossing some spray at times on the balcony everything else was fine the room was clean and worked well
