This was the first cruise for our Homeschool. We travel to Galveston one day before departure. Galveston was great. We enjoyed the food and shopping in the expensive shops. The next day at embarkation went extremely well. Every step in the embarkation brought more excitement to the children. There were about 25 homeschoolers traveling.

The people were very friendly. The crew on the ship was very friendly. I have only three things that I wish could have gone better. 1) The pre-teen activity was at a zero. 2) I wish the dinner menu had been better or even had a better taste in the main dinning. 3) After paying $159 plus tip for a facial, the technician was very upset that I did not buy the facial product. She very much wanted me to know that she hopes not to see me again. I thought that was unprofessional. My teens do want to cruise again but on a different ship with Carnival.
