Most horrible customer service the staff did not care about your complains. All they say we are sorry but there is nothing we can do. We spent the first 5 hours on the first day trying to have the steward change the configuration of the room to fit 3 people. We had to eventually do it ourselves and I hurt my back in the process of moving around the beds. Cabins are so cramped barely enough for two people. Most Staff is very unhappy with their job so they are not friendly at all. The ship is old and rust is on all the life boats and other parts of all the decks areas which is a potential safety concern. The food is the same each morning with minimal choices, The coffee taste like mud. Dinner has some variety but rolls back to the same after 2 days. The waiter looks at you sarcastically when you order something extra. Entertainment sucks and the only play the music they want not what the guests request. Did shore excursions on my own. This was my 9th cruise and it was by far the worst ever and will never recommend it to my worst enemy. Stay clear of this ship period.

Cabin Review

Porthole

Cabin PT

Cramped, no space to put your personal things. not enough space to hang your clothes. Lights are dim cannot see to dress or shave properly. The beds are made up by only pulling the top sheets over and everything under is left crumpled up. No refrigerator in room. Carpets are soiled and worn out. Horrible looking.
