So many issues.
1) The SeaPass key had to be replaced multiple times. They said it's because the card gets demagnetized by credit cards and mobile phones. That's terrible work by the company considering they make the card with the dimensions of a credit card that fit into a wallet and second, they should expect that a certain percentage of people are going to carry their cell phones around.
2) The medical station only operates until 7PM and after that hour, there isn't an on board medic available which I found astoundingly bad considering the amount of people on the ship.
Cabin was a bit small but clean and the staff that serviced it was amazing - very helpful with a great friendly attitude.
There should be a better way to streamline how to get passengers on board. There were multiple lines and they were all horrendously long.
