Chose this cruise as it suited our needs to travel the French and Italian Rivieras in the time we had.

Overall it was okay but a few service issues relating to staff knowledge really could have been avoided. A few annoying frustrations were - we tried to change our cabin keys on 4 separate occasions from parent-child, parent-child, to our teenagers sharing one room with us in the cabin next door. Each time we had our key-cards re-issued and each time two of the cards failed to work at all. Had we known that this wasn't possible at the start we would never have bothered wasting so much time.

Then I was told that if I purchased items on-board, they would provide me with a form, the next day, in order to speed up my claim at the airport to recoup the VAT on the item. The following day I was told by other staff that wouldn't be possible. Again, had I known, I wouldn't have purchased the second item they encouraged me to buy in order to reach the minimum spend amount.
