We chose this particular cruise for the ports as we had never been to any of them. Although we have cruised other lines, Royal Caribbean has been our first choice as is evidenced by our diamond level. Flew into Amsterdam four days early and loved the city. From the first few minutes on Vision, until we departed, it was the most disappointing cruise we have experienced in the last ten years. Our cabin said "queen sofa " which was a chair which when folded out could accommodate an elementary aged child and spread from one wall to the other. Our form said "anytime dining" and we were informed that they did not have space for us. The bright side were: Christian the bartender in the "r" bar, wait staff at table 150, and our cabin steward. They were spectacular. Couldn't order room service as the recording was in Spanish. We kept getting charges on our bill from someone who was apparently in our room previously and were upgraded when we were moved. Staff kept saying, "Give us some time and we will get back to you". Never Happened!

For the most part, the staff seemed uninspired and lacking in enthusiasm. Talked with many others who were sitting there everyday watching ring toss and must agree with the one guy who said he had brought his teenagers and this was the most boring cruise they had ever taken.

Upon returning home and talking with our cruise agent, we discovered that they paid Royal for a bottle of wine and strawberries to be delivered to us which NEVER HAPPENED! I think it is time for us to check other lines.

Large Interior Stateroom

Cabin K

You need to better identify your cabins. Even your Guest Relations was under the impression that our original cabin had a sofa bed. It would NEVER sleep three adults and, in fact, is a fire hazard. THIS IS NOT A LARGE INTERIOR CABIN WITH A QUEEN SOFA!

Our cabin steward was good.
