We took the Liberty cruise for the week of the 4th of July to get out of town and enjoy the Caribbean. We are local to the area, so we didn't have to tolerate air travel and TSA. The boarding and disembarkation process was much better this time, as RCCL has revamped the terminal. Last time we cruised on Liberty of the Seas was a year and a half ago, and I gave them very poor marks in several areas, especially the food quality. It seems they have listened.

Let me start with the Positives.

The Ice Show was extremely good. You could tell that the skaters were giving it their all, and it showed. Bravo! The Saturday Night Fever show was also very good, with the performers going all out to get it right. A second bravo to these talented people. Handling of port visits was good, with Security doing a good job of moving people along, and the tenders at Grand Cayman worked smoothly, though they backed up for a while in late morning.
