Luggage and some clothes were wet on arrival to our cabin! Yes WET! They Left luggage out in the rain! Did not receive on board credit... One person in Guest service NEEDS a class in customer service, POOR People skills. Spoke with her on 2 occasions! Although my friend did have a good experience with a different person in guest services! Phone service out for one entire day, told 3 different people. This is very inconvenient when traveling with people from the other end of the ship. The pool was much to small (only one pool) for 2300 passengers. Other ships I have sailed that size has 2 pools. The food was not prepared as well as other cruises and was hot about half the time. No lobster on Captains night! Only had chocolate cookies 2 nights (this is the only dessert my husband eats). Other cruise lines have them every night. Also kids wasting those nice deserts would probably have perfered cookies. Embarkation and disembarkation went very well. Entertainment was good. Bermuda was Great. Service was Average. Would not sail Norwegian again!!! Returning to RCCL
