We had a travel agent, but found out more information on our own. We flew into Miami a few days early to dive in the keys so the airport transfers that were arranged by our agent weren't needed. She wasn't clear as to "how" we should proceed, but we found out that Norwegian offers a shuttle to AND from the ship! No charge. Our rental car company provided the same, but we wound up just using the ship transfers.

First time cruiser so what would have been appreciated:

*Understanding how the embarkation and security process worked. (you are allowed 2 water bottles per person at security) Very glad I had water as the wait was LONG to board.
