We wanted to see Vienna and Salzburg as we had already visited Budapest a few years ago. We enjoyed the river cruise as there was always something to see on sailing days compared to a sea cruise. Having used Scenic before, we knew that the standards and the Enrichment activities would be special. Our private concert at the Palais Liechtenstein was a high light of the trip.

Our service on board was excellent especially from Robert bringing our morning tea, and Alexander who gave use excellent service in the dining room as well as Denys and Filip . we did not really have much to do with our Butler Marian who arrived a day late. Robert was regarded as our Butler.

Our guide to Salzburg Eva was very very enthusiastic and prepared a map and sheet for us, she really wanted us to enjoy the day. The Lunch at St. Peters was very disorganised and this needs to improve. Read more
