Not very impressed with the condition of this ship. Embarking was easy but I think the Port of Mobile could streamline getting to the counter a bit quicker. From the elevator, directing us outside just to be directed back inside to the escalator isn't necessary. The escalator is literally 20 feet from the elevator! Upon arriving on the ship, rust was visible everywhere and the teak wood railings needed some help! Upon entering our stateroom, one of the glasses had lipstick on the rim, my daughter opened the curtains and dust flew everywhere, and there was visible dirt/dust around the bottom of the walls. There was also a bottle of hair conditioner from a previous passenger remaining in the bathroom. THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN! Wi-Fi is extremely slow and I lost the ability to use FaceBook half way thru the trip. Guest services tried to tell me that FB had been down for the past 24 hours...yeah.. Food was pretty good but the service was really really slow! Entertainment was pretty good. Although, there was only about 5/6 dancer!s/singers the whole trip. One bright spot was the cruise director, Mikey! This guy is the best in the business! Never met someone with so much enthusiasm, spirit, and energy!!!
