Budget cruise - would not recommend it at all - horrible customer service

I would definitely not recommend this cruise ship. It was very dirty and the customer service was non-existent, crew members were rude and non attentive. We ended up having 2 mini suites on the 8th floor and I would definitely not recommend staying on the 8th floor as all the bars are on the 7th floor and the music literally shook our bedrooms until 1am. Rooms are very dirty, carpeting was disgusting and twice I had to call to have our sheets changed as they had blood stains on them. We had two balcony mini suites (864 and 868) and every morning at approximately 10am water poured onto both of our balconies from above where they were cleaning decks our balconies were covered in dirty water. Because this is considered "freedom cruising" tips are paid in advance so nobody wanted to help with anything, not once in 7 days did we have any waiter approach us on deck to take a drink order. The food was also subpar with pretty much every restaurant cooking the exact same thing. Definitely do not book this cruise...we paid close to $12,000 for 2 rooms for 7 days and it was definitely not worth it. I will never book with NCL again. Horrible experience.

Mini-Suite with Balcony
Horrible cabins...we chose 2 mini suites on the 8th floor and they were terrible, every night from 8pm until 1am our cabins reverberated with the noise from the bars on the 7th floor, loud booming music every night, when we called to ask to be relocated we were told there were no rooms left...whatever you do, do not stay on the 8th floor. Cabins were also very dirty and every morning between 9am and 11am both of our balconys were awash in dirty water being brushed over from the dirty decks above, the water literally poured in from above. Rooms are very dirty, carpets were disgusting and twice we called to have the sheets cleaned because of blood staining on them.
