The cabin is great and the ship is clean. That is the only positives. The camp for 11 and under is horrible!!! To participate in any special activities there is at least an hour wait and when these activities happen (limited times and days) the sports area is shut down. The food is ok, nothing to write home about. The compass only has trivia, no other activities planned. Customer service doesnt know what they are doing. IQ app only works well if you also purchase an internet package. Character breakfast is horrible compared to other cruise lines. Sports area is also shut down often for teen only or adult only activities. Entertainment staff is never around. There is also no place to get free drinks (other than coffee after 9pm. Also, not enough pools or hot tubs and the whirlpool is open for a very limited time. There is also no mini golf or water slides and not enough ping pong tables, shuffle board, etc. Very disappointed. High price tag for boring ship. Not for kids under 12yrs old or for active families.
