We choose this cruise because we did not have to fly anywhere. The ship was way too crowded. The service in the main dinning rooms was terrible. They did not have our dinning reservations which we made on line and had confirmations for, they just said "it is not our fault". The pool was too small for that size ship! There were extra charges for almost everything on the ship, example a$7.95 service fee for room service, $20 a person to go in the ice bar. We will never take another Norwegian cruise again!!!!

P.S. once the cruise was over you could not get picked up at the pier, they said you had to leave the property and go across 12th ave. to get picked up where the cops wouldn't let you get picked up. With that many people leaving the ship it was impossible for car service to find you.
