We were in the Divina for a 3 day cruise. Thought it would be great to see the ship and experience MSC for the first time. It wasn't what we were used to. From start to finish there was some kind of issue. Starting with the website, the payment part, joining the voyagers club, trying to get a credit due.

The embarkation was not good. We waited in line 2-1/2 hours! Once we got on the ship no one could find our drink vouchers. We spent the rest of the first day going from place to place to locate them. The staff was non challant. The food in the dining room was so-so, however the buffet was GREAT. The ship was very beautiful but didn't seem laid out right for 4200 people. Always bumping into one another, dead end hallways, have to go up a floor to go down a floor....

The entertainment shows were Fantsatic!

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B2

We had a cabin on the fantail because they have a larger balcony. The room was very nice and plenty of room for two people. The bathroom was good too.
