Overall awesome experience - entertainment was amazing!!! I just wanted to leave this comment for one reason - Royal Caribbean is a shady and unethical company! On departure day every room that was traveling with me in my party was charged with a "mini bar" fee. Luckily I get a notification every time my credit card is charged so I went to Guest Services right before disembarking the ship to go home to ask what this charge was for? The rude Guest Service attendant said it was for taking the 2 water bottles from my stateroom. First off, I had the drink package so why would I need to take the water bottles from the room? Secondly, the water bottles were in the same exact spot the entire cruise and were never even touched. After getting cocky with me the Guest Service woman decidedly to credit my account. After this experience, I told the rest of my party to go to Guest Services to just check their final bill to make sure no false charges were applied. WHAT DO YOU KNOW..............all of their accounts were hit with the same "mini bar" charge. Is this a coincidence that just my party was hit with the charge only minutes before leaving the ship? I THINK NOT! I'm sure 1000s of unknowing passengers are charged with this fee and don't notice it (if they even notice it at all) until they get home and have a hard time fighting this charge since you're not on the boat anymore. PLEASE JUST VISIT GUEST SERVICES RIGHT BEFORE LEAVING THE SHIP ON ANY ROYAL CARIBBEAN BOAT and ask for your final bill. We were charged another false fee earlier in the cruise; however, we caught that by checking our bill on the TV in the stateroom. We were charged a drink when we had already bought the drink package. VERY GREEDY, SHADY, UNETHICAL COMPANY!

The cabins are the standard cabins you'll find on every cruise. We had a balcony which is an awesome choice! It's great to relax on the lounge chairs that are provided on your balcony without the hassle of going up to the crowded pool deck. The rooms are made up twice a day by your stateroom attendant which is great to keep your bathroom supplies replenished and towels clean.

The My Time Dining option needs to be more organized. Even though we had reservations for a certain time every night the hostesses have the hardest time finding people tables. The line gets backed up badly and it's very complicated when it shouldn't be. Other cruises I've been on have much better dining room layouts. Where you have the same exact table every night and the same waiters. This is great so the waiters get to know you throughout the cruise and they know exactly what you're going to order. Read more
