Great cruise but with the exception of specialty restaurants, food is mediocre

We chose this cruise because of the ship and all of the amenities and activities it has. The shows were EXCELLENT, particularly the Aqua Show. There are also a lot of fun activities and sports for both kids and adults. The water slides, The Abyss dry slide, the Flow Rider, Mini Golf, Zip Line, Rock Climbing and basketball court were all a hit with our family. The gym was impressive! It had state of the art machines, and fitness classes. I also used the salon several times and they were very accommodating, friendly, and talented with their work. They also recommended me several products which I bought and I was glad I did. The Escape Room was very entertaining. The music/bar experience was also very entertaining. The only drawback was the dining room food. I believe that since the boat is so big, it is impossible to make fresh, delicious food for so many people. This may also be to encourage more passengers to spend the extra money and go to the Specialty Restaurants. Those, were actually VERY GOOD, and a nice change from the dining room. Overall, if you have children, its a great entertaining cruise.
