Our room was very clean and our housekeeper was exceptional - very friendly and went out of his way to meet our needs (Raj)

Kids Camp - only open at certain times - check in and pick up were disorganized and took a while - evening hours started at exact same time as show (poor planning) - child enjoyed activities / on prior cruise much more flexibility

Entourage  - teen club - teen did not enjoy - was not opened enough - not enough activities to keep teens busy and out of trouble

On board activities not very interesting and some very over priced (Bingo)

Veterans greet and meet - no one led it - poorly advertised - only 4 people attended

Contests were all directed at drunk adults - not family oriented

Young Teen managed to get alcoholic drinks

Would not recommend for family - will never go on a Norweign cruise again

Shows were more for adults not children

Food at o'Sheehans good

Should not have to pay for soda - should be included
