I choose this cruise because it left out of Long Beach and we just did not feel like flying this year. I was very disappointed, in the cleanliness of the ship as well as several of the crew members where very rude, Three times with bartenders, one of them twice. Dining reservations messed up and they had received 5 calls prior to sailing to make sure that was taken care of right. Nasty, rude Maitre d and the assistant Maitre d was also uncaring and rude. Dirty Balcony, bad layout on the ship (which ok its and older design) Bad tender organization in Cabo. So many other things that I just could not justify for the price paid. I am a frequent cruiser and I expect good service and a clean ship. I had recently sailed with Carnival on the Inspiration, from that experience I thought Carnival had stepped their game up. Well, the Miracle felt like a bait and switch. The capper for me was when I returned and received my survey, believe me I told them how I felt. I really expected an email back or a call, just saying sorry. But Nope! Last time I sail with Carnival. Back to Royal Caribbean for me, and my groups of people I take with me.

Port Reviews

Mazatlan

We walked out of the cruise terminal and took a water taxi to Stone Island it was one of the best days every. We walked along the beach and found a restaurant called El Velero Restaurant. They had beach chairs and Umbrellas and waited on us all day long. Buckets of cold beers, yummy food and great margaritas, some of the best service we have had anywhere. The waiters were very attentive and made sure we had what we needed. I highly recommend this place and Stone Island, beautiful view and warm clear water. AMAZING Day!
