Well I was quite skeptical since I have never been on a cruise before until my Boyfriend highly suggested we go on one for our anniversary. Well I am here to tell you that you're in for an absolute treat! We booked the Norwegian escape for July 1st-8th out of Miami,Florida. Getting on the boat was honestly not long at all. The lines are long but the staff was so professional and got us all on in less than two hours! We waited for only thirty minutes and I was so surprised since their were thousands on our ship! 5,000 to be exact! The ship is quite large and comes with so many amenities and activities for everyone in the family. We stayed on the fifteenth deck mid ship on the spa level and it was very spacious and it smells absolutely amazing! Our room was very comforting and the balcony is much needed. Our floor cleaning staff was very friendly and if we had any concerns they would be taken care of right away. The food was outstanding and that is an understatement, there is a ton of different cuisine choices for all of your taste buds and if you do not feel like making reservations or get hungry in the middle of the night like me, head to the garden cafe on level sixteen and grab delicious snacks and full course meals to satisfy your needs. The dining is incredible no matter where you go on the ship and that was one of my favorite parts on sea days. There is two pools on the ship and it will get crowded during the day so I suggest finding a seat early in the am because it is a nice place to relax on a sea day. They have a few stores which are decently priced and also check out the jewelry stores because they have really great deals! Whenever we took a cruise excursion the staff was very informative and friendly and helped us get to our destinations in a timely manner and had a shuttle running every thirty minutes. The natives on the islands were all so welcoming and it was nice to see everyone in such a cheery mood. I would rate this cruise a 10/10 because I had the time of my life and I will be returning to the Norwegian cruise line in December and I am so excited to enjoy what this cruise line has to offer again. I would highly recommend anyone to try the Norwegian Escape you will not be disappointed!

Spa Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B9

Beautifully designed, very modern, spacious and comfortable. The balcony is so nice especially in the morning with a cup of coffee/room service. The bathroom is spacious as well and the shower is very nice. A lot of storage access and temperature controls.

Miami

I love Miami and it is such a beautiful place. Loved flying here and getting onto the ship, it was exciting and celebratory !

Tortola

For the Tortola destination we signed up with the Cruise Line to take professional photos for our anniversary on the beach. We had an absolute blast taking these photos and enjoying Brewers Bay. They have a little restaurant there and the food was so fresh and the drinks were delicious! The ship offers great deals for photographs for the whole family as well and these memories are worth capturing!
