I chose Carnival Cruise Line to celebrate my 61st birthday and the boat felt older than me. I really did Carnival, because for many years it has been part of my vacation life with my wife that we have turned 33 years of marriage; But this cruise did not go as expected. As always, excellent staff, service, food very good; But a ship plagued with problems. Smell of drain pipes in the corridors, internet service had to unplug it 3 times to not lose money, the satellite TV service ruined it and felt like we were in a pirate ship.
I am so sorry for the experience, since we love The Funships; for now frustrated.
I hope to return to take a cruise, which I'm not sure is if I start sailing again in a Carnival Funship.
The port of San Juan is very uncomfortable for people with walking problems. Considering the distance to have access to a taxi and going out into the street to take a public transport is a nightmare.
The port of Manhattan is easily accessible; But taking a taxi at the landing is an odyssey.
All the area for excellent luggage reception, paperwork and the line to board is very efficient and the area very adequate, clean and safe.
