The customer service was excellent! Everything was wonderful and the crew made it so easy for me as a first timer. There were lots of things to see and do and I enjoyed the variety of bars and seating areas. I chose a junior suite which had its own balcony which was great to sit on and watch the water/scenery. Dining was so much better than I expected. I thought it would be cafeteria type food but the quality was very high and the variety of food options was excellent. The fitness center was good although a little cramped at times. I loved the sauna and steam room which were both large - and I was he only user every time I went! Overall, it was an excellent experience and I had a great time. I would highly recommend. The staff in the dining areas and bars were consistently outstanding.
