We were a group consisting of two families equalling 23 of us. The other family picked the cruise line. We were all disappointed. The motto of Royal Caribbean should be changed to hurry up and wait. For example the Captain makes an announcement that everyone needs to be on board by 530 and if you are not, "make sure to bring a camera to take wonderful pictures of the beautiful Navigator of the Seas leaving you behind". Everyone rushes to be back onetime and you are treated with a huge line to board the ship.

The dinning room hours are very short for breakfast and lunch, especially on shore days. The leads to all the guests attempting to eat breakfast at the Windjammer. There are not enough tables for everyone so people are eating staring up like animals. the only other alternative is to order room service which takes an hour unless you ordered the night before and you pay the $8 for the convenience.

The destinations were all great but we were rushed at every port. The average stay was 10-530, so by the time you got off the ship and to the city you only had a few hours to see the sites.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

Small yet versatile cabin, after all it is a boat. Aft balcony was huge except the destinations were too cold to enjoy it.

Port Reviews

Oslo

Beautiful city, Ill be back, just by plane.

Copenhagen

Take the river tour, very nice

Tallinn

Taxi's are 15 Euros from the ship to the square up to 4 people, well worth it because you are not treated like cattle as you are on the Royal shuttles

St. Petersburg

Amazing just an amazing city. Get you visas so you can travel on your own. We hired a private van, 12 seater and explored the city on our own. The van was $20 an hour. Two days cost us $460.

Helsinki

The hop on, hop off bus do a great job taking you around. The only problem is that you have to be back on board at 430.

Brugge (Bruges)

Transportation from the pier sucks. The shuttles are cramped and taxis are not readily available. The city is a 20-30 minute drive from the pier. The boat is only at port for a couple of hours so you kill most of it trying to get to and back from the city. The city itself is beautiful.
